At SPARROWS Lock Picks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a return.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
